Well there's an ironic title.

To its defense, there are really only two characters at all.

I totally agree with Christin - it's insane to grade this movie according to the test as it is as much about women as it is about men, being a dialogue between 1 man and 1 woman (despite the title which leads us to the idea that we are different persons at different ages; it is womEN because the female character is the one who enacts this idea by taking THE decision that marks the difference).

The fact that there are only two characters does not mean the movie passes the test. It's a very understandable reason, and for that reason I wouldn't call it sexist, but the fact remains that this is yet another film in which two women with names don't talk to each other.
If there were a movie with only one character at all, and she was a woman, it wouldn't pass the test. The point is to have women interacting.
