This one is really dubious, but probably doesn't pass - the only clearly female character is The Supreme Leader, and although that is her name, it may not exactly be a name.
There's also the flying alien Geex who, while voiced by a woman, has no clearly defined gender, and the double-headed alien Idee and Odee, also voiced by a woman. They don't actually talk to each other, as far as I remember.
