Kaguya talks with many women in the film about many things: her mother (one of the larger relationships), her servant, and one of the apsaras, but none of them are named in the film (though her servant has a name listed in other sources as "Menowarawa", and has become popular enough in merchandise to be known by name).
However, Kaguya does talk quite a bit with Lady Sagami about the various forms of etiquette she is learning: posture, movement, calligraphy, playing the koto, make up, and her emotions (or expectations of the lack thereof) as a noble princess.
Clear pass.

Literally dozens of conversations make the movie pass the test. It is very satisfying to watch as far as the Bechdel test goes, and also extremely satisfying on visual and storytelling levels.
