The film has more than 2 named women in it, that talk to one another about something other than a man. When Teri/Alina is in the hospital and her friend Mandy is talking to her in Russian, we see Alina wake up and they do have a sort of conversation. Most of it is comforting words though. It's hard to hear since the scene is so quite however.
