The (unnamed) mother of one of the (female) recruits talks to Lt. Callahan and Lt. Callahan tells one female recruit to move down stairs, but that's all I could find.

In addition to being sexist in general the Police Academy films never pass the Bechdel Test. Callahan is a senior officer so she mostly barks orders at people, rarely a proper dialog. She and Hooks never have any real conversations in all 7 movies. A strong 1/3 here.
