This is a difficult one. There are only two female characters, Martha Winters, and Mrs Quincy. Mrs Quincy, a servant, is mute, so only communicates by hand gestures.
Their first conversation Martha mentions her father (a murder victim), Mr Blake is mentioned as being in danger, and Neil Broderick is mentioned. The possibility of themselves, and everyone else being in danger (the murder may strike again), is briefly mentioned, but I don't think that counts.
Also, Martha is taken away, to safety, by Mrs Quincy, and a man. When Martha wakes up, she asks Mrs Quincy "Mrs Quincy, what am I doing here? What are you doing here?" Mrs Quincy then motions her to be quiet. I think that counts, but you could argue that a man was involved in taking her away, and it is a short conversation.
