First, Karen Thompson talks to her mother about why she wants to be a policewoman. She can also be seen talking to Laverne Hooks, but you can't tell what is being said.
There are however two scenes where two (or more) women do "talk":
Hook: I don't know
Sgt. Callahan: What?
Johnson: She doesn't know
Sgt. Callahan: I heard her.
And later:
Hooks: I'll bet there's a back door to this place!
Sgt. Callahan: Hooks? Hooks? Hooks! Get the hell back here, that's an order!
In both cases there is no actual conversation, just one person saying something and another saying something back (with relay by and reply to a third party in the first case).
