Actually it does pass. At the beginning of the movie, we see the following conversation between Marnie and Linda:
MARNIE: We're gonna be late for work.
LINDA: I need my horoscope.
MARNIE: Yeah, horoscope.
LINDA: "Your judgment is at its peak today. Use it wisely, and romance will follow."
MARNIE: Ooh, good one.
LINDA: I hope so.
Though the romance part is dubious, a man isn't explicitly part of this conversation (at least until Vince shows up right after Linda's last comment), therefore it passes the Bechdel-Wallace test. Its a short conversation, but I've seen other movies pass with less.
In one scene Marnie and Linda start to talk about their job, but after one sentence Marnie is distracted by some goons that are after Vinnie approaching.
