There are three important women in this film: Miette and two conjoined twins. Most people referred to them as "la Pieuvre" (the Octopus) and that is all I can find them credited as. I had thought during the movie that they had called each other by name (as sisters are wont to do) but I am not positive. They are definitely important and there are several conversations between them and couple between them and Miette but it is probably pretty troubling if two women only get one nickname that also happens to be mocking them for being conjoined.
