The main character is female and with a co-ed class she interacted with other women. They spoke about history family potential and education, not men.

The teacher constantly talks with her female students about family and school work, the female teacher talks with the principal about things like funding and helping the students, the female teacher talks to a ww2 victim about the war...

While there is a relationship plot in the movie, the main focus is on the teacher and One of her female students. Each main student gets theor own back story but one is dealing with racism and deciding on cultural code of ethics or her personal code. She and the teacher interact many times for reasons other than men

This movie passes 3/3 tests.
Erin Gruwell (teacher) and Margaret Campbell (department head) have multiple conversations re: teaching, students, available materials, field trips, etc.
Additionally, while Erin largely interacts with the class as a whole, she has a personal conversation with Eva re: allowing her to stay after school to complete homework before commuting home.

There are more than 4 girls with names in the movie.
They definitely talk to each other.
They are in school and discuss more than a man.
