Paula and Kelly have a few conversations during the film, but the one most likely to pass is the FaceTime conversation early in the movie where Paula invites Kelly to a rave with her. Mac is present, and participates, but the conversation is not explicitly about him or any other man.

The movie is definitely a 3/3 pass. There are four named female characters:
-Kelly, the wife -Paula, Kelly's crazy friend
-Brooke, Teddy's GF -Carol, the university dean
All of them have conversation with another female as some point.
-Paula tried to invite Kelly to a rave (Kelly's husband was presented, but the conversation wasn't about him.)
-Kelly has a short chat with Brooke about her daughter.
-Even though Kelly's conversation with Dean Carol was mainly about the frat house at first, briefly towards the end, Kelly was insulting in the dean on a different matter (how she doesn't give a damn about any non-news worthy offence done by her students.)
For a comedy, this movie does a pretty good job of not being sexist or too male-centric. There are several female characters, and they tend to be presented as being as humorous as the male characters. No unfunny frigid girlfriend here, which is a HUGE plus. Although Kelly is a housewife, and Brooke's main role is being Teddy's girlfriend. The movie has a couple of zany working women in Dean Carol and an un-named real estate agent (who has a brief but memorisable humorous moment).
Sure, the movie could have more non-man related interaction between the women, but it isn't doing too bad.
