Bechdel Test Movie List

There are three major female characters - Shilo Wallace, Blind Mag, and Amber Sweet. Each of them converses at least once with each of the other two.

Shilo and Mag discuss Shilo's life and Mag expresses her hopes for Shilo's future. ("Chase the Morning")

Amber demands Mag tell her who will sing in the Genetic Opera following Mag's resignation. ("Luigi, Pavi, Amber Harass Mag")

Amber gloats to Shilo about Mag's impending fate and how Amber will take the spotlight. ("Zydrate Anatomy")

In the intro to "Zydrate Anatomy," a female addict explains her history and addiction to Shilo. Also, in the same song, Amber argues with Shilo about her success vs. Blind Mag's success. Strangely, not surprising that a movie on the outskirts of Hollywood would be able to, in my estimation, using the strictest interpretation that I know of, be able to easily pass the Bechdel Test.

just like to point out, the convo in Zydrate Anatomy wouldn't count, as it quickly becomes about the Repo Man, who, while nobody is actively romancing or interested in in any sense other than a certain fear of him, is still a man.

a very strict interpretation, sure, but even then it doesn't affect the overall rating.
