There are plenty of female CIT's but for some reason they dont talk to each other much and only briefly, and frequently about men. The female campers do have conversations about a variety of subjects but most of them are not named. Like many summer camp comedies, the males have much better representation. They are more likely to be 3 dimensional and discuss a variety of topics. I think Little Darlings is the exception.
