I agree with the fact that it passes the test, however I'd just like to point out that Louis is in fact extremely popular in his school, he's head of the BDE (student association).

2. Kelly talk to many girls during the movie, she is the recruiter of their prostitution business.
3. Man are always talk about as tools to acquire fame, wealth and access to private party, and clearly isn't the main topic of most of her conversation with the girls.
The story is about 3 unpopular students in a business school that mount a scheme close to prostitution ring not for money but to gain popularity and connection.
