There's Yuko and Himawari, as well as women who are named within the series' canon, but not necessarily addressed by name in the movie, like Sakura, Tomoyo, Maru and Moro.
Yuko has important conversations with an unnamed female character, but that wouldn't be considered a pass, even if they at times do not talk about a man.
Then there's another short conversation with Princess Tomoyo about a relic as a payment for her services, but then again, Tomoyo is not specifically named here, so it wouldn't be a pass, technically.
However, as a last minute save, she has a short conversation with Himawari. Himawari thanks her for inviting her over to her house in the country, and she replies that it's no problem.
Even though Yuko is a strong female character, I wouldn't call this movie exactly feminist, but it is within the rules, so it's a technical pass.
