There are two named women in this film. All the women in this film only talk to the main character, Charlie.

Nothing A said is wrong, but I wanted to note that in addition to Diane and Teresa, there are a few other named women we briefly see.
Heather Weintraub and Sarah Klein accompany Johnny into the bar. There's a discussion of why their last names are mentioned in "Martin Scorsese: A Biography," by Vincent LoBrutto. Essentially, Johnny wants his friends to know these women are Jewish, because they all believe that Jewish women will sleep with them. These women say very little and have very little screen time or plot relevance, but they are named. There is also an older woman who sticks her head out a window to tell Charlie and Teresa to keep it down when they are fighting. Charlie apologizes to her and says her name, though only as "Mrs. [Last Name]."

I spotted one direct conversation between women. Leaving a hotel room, Teresa tells the maid "You can make up our room now" She says, sourly "I only have two hands." and Teresa snaps "Well you can use them!" or something like that. But the maid isn't named and appears only in that scene.
