Veronica Corningstone and Linda Jackson meet each other and introduce themselves briefly in the last quarter of the film.

"You must be Linda Jackson"
"You must be Veronica"
"Yes I am, it's a pleasure."

Here they are talking about their own identities and introducing themselves, with Veronica confirming Linda's assertions. They eventually discuss Ron, but the portion highlighted above is them talking to each other about something besides a man.

Shadman the Wonderguy disagreed with the rating and said:
I'm not sure introductions count as converstations. If you asked anybody what that conversation was about it clearly was about Ron.

Shadman, the test isn't that two women have to have a full-blown conversation with each other, the test is that they merely talk to each other about something other than a man. Movie passes.

Michael disagreed with the rating and said:
A conversation is more than a few words of introduction. Some information would need to be exchanged that advances the plot to meet the rule, otherwise (as Maurice has pointed out) screenwriters will just add this to get a pass mark.

Frankly, I don't think the average Hollywood screenwriter cares enough about the Bechdel Test to "put this in just so they pass".

A conversation is usually defined as an exchange of thoughts or information. An introduction (being an exchange of information) is indeed a conversation.

Archana disagreed with the rating and said:
Screenwriters don't care about the test, true, and they don't care about women's roles being significant, either. Even if they did, this doesn't pass in spirit.
