Reporters April and June discuss on air the city's recent crime wave and April being mugged, but the conversation turns to whether or not the chief of police (who is male) is taking the Foot Clan's connection the crime spree seriously. April also tells June about being rescued and publically thanks Raphael (another male) on air for helping her.

While the April-June conversation ultimately ends on the chief of police, most of it revolves around what the Foot Clan is, its Japanese history, and its relationship to the crime wave. At no point during this description is a male specified. In my opinion, it passes, but that's a dubious pass depending on how you interpret the description of the Foot Clan.
