There are a few named female characters in this film: Wendy the protagonist's girlfriend, Miki, Wendy's lover, and humus, the muslim fast food employee. The closest the movie comes to passing is a very, very brief exchange between Wendy and Miki after Wendy walks in on Miki pouring baby powder all over a diaper-wearing General Lee Roy. Their exchange is arguably not entirely about men though it does make reference to miki and lee roy's erm.. activities, but even so the exchange lasts under 20 seconds, so hardly qualifies as a pass in an hour-and-a-half film.
