There are three named women in this movie: Julia, Kirsty, and Tiffany. There are plenty of interactions between/among women, but bizarrely they never really talk to each other - they talk AT each other. There are no actual dialogues between them. There are plenty of opportunities: Julia is in a room with Kirsty, and talks AT kirsty for quite a while.. perhaps longer than 30 seconds, but it's hard to be certain. However, Kirsty never really responds.. She screams at Julia, but I don't know if you can call screaming a conversation. And anyway, Julia mentioned men in her monologue, so even if you're inclined to count that scene, it still wouldn't be anything more than a 2/3.

Other scenes that almost pass are the interactions between Kirsty and Tiffany. But, conveniently, Tiffany is mute never replies to anything Kirsty says. There is one other scene where Julia says to Kirsty, "you never could hold on to anything for very long, could you kirsty?" but again, no reply from Kirsty. etc.

Actually, there is a brief scene between Kirsty and Tiffany where Tiffany, who talks for the first time, says she needs to find the puzzle and Kirsty replies.

They do have dialogue, Kristy and Tiffany. I wonder if the test extends to non-verbal characters like Tiffany who either physically can't/refuse to speak.

Tiffany talks at the end of the film and has a couple of exchanges with Kirsty.

They do talk to each other about solving the puzzle.

"Tiffany: I have to go back. I have to finish the puzzle.
Kirsty: Tiffany, what are you talking...
Tiffany: They remembered and they got better."

I think this film passes the second point for sure. As to the third point - in the exchange above "they got better" is about Cenobites, three male and one female. Are Cenobites considered men and women anymore?
