Although most conversations between female characters are about men, the movie still passes.
Kate shows up at Ashley's place, pretending to be a client who wants to contact her dead friend and they have extended seance scene. Later two of them talk about death and afterlife.
Kate also talk with unnamed angel (played by a woman) about afterlife.
