This is a short movie in which the societal roles are inverted, in which men suffer with sexism, hearing catcalls on the streets and are considered inferior in several ways. There are three named characters: Pierre, Nissar and Marion - two men and one woman.
Although it isn't the point of the movie to actually name most of the characters, and there is a point for focusing more on men, we could argue that it doesn't pass the test.
I don't believe I'm in a position to say whether that lessens the film's value to Feminism or not. The point is, it doesn't pass the test.
If there was a Bechdel test in this inverted world, it WOULD pass if we considered that Pierre and Nissar talk to each other.
