Classical Bechdel Test failure. The film's one female character exists for no other reason than to be a romantic interest and catalyst for the conflict between her boyfriend and brother, and get kidnapped. She's an agent in her escape, but her ultimate role in the movie was to be an attractive plot device.
There are a few nameless female cops in the movie that have transient interactions with male cops. One of the calls Kevin Hart and Ice Cube go on brings them to a hostage crisis in a strip club.
