There are a number of female characters in the film; however, almost all of their dialogue is either with or about the male protagonist. There is one short conversation between a mother and her daughter about Hurricane Katrina.

Additionally, the mother and daughter talk briefly about the mother's former career as a ballerina and her time spent dancing in Europe.

The conversation between the moth and the daughter is about Benjamin, his story is told through their conversation. The career as a ballerina is only mentioned in relation to her place in Benjamin's story and his life.
Does a conversation about weather count as real conversation? This is only done because it is factor in whether or not the story/conversation will be finished about the male protagonist.

I think it's not dubidious. The nurse talk with the grandchild about the grandmother's wellbeing, and about their last goodbyes. (Can't remember either of the names). They later talk about her career as a ballerina. The granddaughter remembers through a photograph. They talk about the weather as well - Katrina is lurking close. Maybe it's not a deep conversation, or very long, but at those moments they don't talk about Benjamin at all.
