Shane and the girls on the bus talk briefly about fake eyelashes. There is also Leah Estrogen, who talks, but only to men, and Mrs. Boyd, who doesn't speak except to men. However, Shane is a major character.

Per the IMDB, the girls on the bus who talk to Shane about fake eyelashes don't have names. So while there are several named female characters, none of them ever talk to each other. The only female characters who talk to each include one with a name and two without.
