Easily passes. This is a queasy, scathing feminist-leaning story examining a woman who acts as a perfect blank, reflecting whatever men want, and repeatedly damaging herself as a result. Ultimately, she accepts a high-paying job as a sex worker who's drugged and left alone with men who can do anything they want but penetrate her or hurt her. Her employer is a woman, and they have several long conversations about the job. Her boss at her low-paying office-worker job is also female, and they have several exchanges. When she's initially hired, she's a lingerie-wearing waitress, and she talks to her female supervisor there as well. None of these conversations are about men—significantly, even when talking about sex work, the conversational focus is entirely on the protagonist, what she has to do and what she'll get in return, rather than focusing on her male clients.
