Walter Mitty's mother (Shirley McClaine) and sister (Kathryn Hahn) very briefly talk about the sister's hot yoga class. There's also an ultra-brief exchange between his love interest (Kristen Wiig) and her co-worker about their weekend. Nothing of substance between women in the entire film, but it technically passes.

I agree with Jay. The co-worker is not named, and I don't think there is another scene where two women talk to one another about something other than a man. Walter's mom and sister do talk to each other, but they talk about Walter and Walter's dad.
