This movie have many complex female characters:
- Jewel, a bitchy reporter who adds nothing to the story,
- Gil's ex-wife, Whats-Her-Name, whose only job is to tell Gil what an asshole he is (admittedly, she have a point),
- Angie, the secretary who appears in only two scenes,
- Elvira, a babysitter, who shouts couple of lines at Sean in her only scene,
- and Linda with a single line ("Hi, Gil").
Suprise, suprise, these extremely important characters never talk with each other.
