There are 3 named female characters and they don't talk with each other. In one scene Betty leaves Tonya a phone massage (about her husband) and later they appear together on screen, but Betty's unable to speak (her head was transformed into giant nose - yes, really). Of the three, only Tonya have bigger role.
As a side note: if you're planning to watch this movie, do yourself a favour and don't. It's really bad and NOT in a good way.
