It passes for two short conversations between named female characters.

While there are several named female characters, and one or two situations where they have a brief conversation, I can't remember one of these conversations not being substantively about a man... Please provide an example?

It's been a while now since I've seen it, but I remember that during a trip to the beach, the future mother-in-law asks the main female character something along the lines of "so tell me something about yourself" and she does, which constitutes a pass.

Joanna has a point. The converstaion is in fact about her son. The mother asks tell me your flaws, and quickly the conversation turns into a conversation about how Rachel McAdams has a soft spot for the mother-in-law's son and how having a bad temper is good for getting a man to do what you want.
I love this movie... but...

I remember a segment of this film where Mary and Tim's mother have a chat when they meet where Tim's mother comment's on how pretty she is and Mary replies that she's just got a lot of makeup on. I believe it is also featured in the trailer, come to think of it.

There's no doubt the film passes. When Mary first meets Tim's mother(also Mary, so I'll just call her "Mother" to keep things from getting confusing), there is conversation that goes like this:

MOTHER: Mary.
MARY: Hi.
MOTHER: Good Lord, you're pretty.
MARY: Oh, no. I got a lot of mascara and lipstick on.
MOTHER: Let me look. Oh yes. Good. It's very bad for a girl to be too pretty. It keeps her from developing a sense of humor. Or a personality. Tea?
MARY: I'd love a cup of tea.

Tim is there for this exchange, but doesn't speak, and is not addressed by either woman. This is followed almost immediately by another exchange when Tim is not around.

MOTHER: And what are your faults? I mean, little weaknesses.
MARY: Oh. Uh, I...Well, I'm very insecure.
MOTHER: Sweet.
MARY: Okay. Um, I have a very bad temper sometimes.
MOTHER: Crucial.

Now MOTHER's next line does turn the conversation into being about a man, but not until then. Both of the above exchanges pass the test.

"mum" is not a name. Can someone remember another dialogue?

I agree with this movie passed the test because of the conversation with TWO MARRYs. Tim mention all the time that her mother name is Mary.

KIT KAT: Are you okay?
CHARLOTTE: Is it in my hair?
KIT KAT: Yes!

MARY: Joanna?
JOANNA: Oh, thank Christ you're back.
MARY: Hey.
JOANNA: It's been a total nightmare.

JOANNA: It was the single worst night of my life. How is she?
MARY: She's okay.

Tim sort of interacts in the second conversation but there are distinct parts where Joanna and Mary are only talking to each other.

Just a couple of random examples I found, there are probably more.
