Bechdel Test Movie List

The main character, a foster-home worker played by Brie Larson, has quite a few long scenes alone with a teenage girl who moves into the home. They do tend to bring up their fathers in nearly every conversation, usually in passing, though in the same talks, they discuss many other things, including cutting, drawing, and the girl's feelings. In spite of the occasional father talk, it's a rich relationship with a lot of non-man talk. There's at least one short conversation that doesn't cover their fathers at all, though, when the girl first shows up at the house and Brie's character runs through the rules.
