The movie does in fact have exactly two named women in it- Scarlett and Baroness. Both of them feature pretty prominently, but almost exclusively as love interests for the main characters. Baroness is actually fairly important to the plot, but only in her romantic entanglements with the hero, the villain, and a scientist.
Scarlett and Baroness do fight near the beginning, and there might be a token exchange of words, but in watching the movie, I never caught them actually having anything that might be called a conversation.

This movie's depiction of the Baroness was criminal. In the comic books, she's one of the leading villains and even takes over Cobra for a brief period, but in the movie, she's a vapid, weak willed sex toy for Duke. Pathetic.

Fantomex disagreed with the rating and said:
The Baroness MAY HAVE been a weak sister story-wise, but Scarlett wasn't, and her being the love interest of the guy was tentative, to say the least-it may not become full-blown love in the next movie.
