Bette Davis and Ann Sheridan play two women who don't much like each other. They talk about hair and clothes briefly. There are three other women in the film (the nurse, the woman of the house, and her daughter), but I can't remember them ever talking to another woman.

So I actually played Maggie in this play, and I may just be missing something, but, while Lorraine and Maggie don't only talk about them, most of their conversations are either about Bert, Whiteside, Beverly, or Lord Bottomly. Granted, I haven't seen the movie yet, but I definitely know this in the play.
