Three of the four protagonists are women (twin sisters and a friend); they talk to one another about all sorts of things, including but not limited to men. None of them are named - in the credits, they're simply referred to by labels (e.g., Geek, Junkie, and Badass) - but none of the characters in the movie are named. I'd say that it passes the test in spirit.
