Although there is some shouting between female characters in the beginning of the movie, no actual conversation takes place. Kate (the mom) talks to a few women, mostly about Kevin, but most of the women she talks to are not named characters.

Speaking about her child should not count as speaking about a man, it would be a worse depiction if she ignored him.

About 16:00 minutes into the movie, Kate asks Heather by name if she counted heads of the children on the van. Heather replies with the number of heads she counted.
1. Two named women.
2. Talking to each other.
3. Talking about how many of the kids are on the van.
Test passed.

Having just watched it, I can say J is definitely right. About 16 minutes in:
Kate: Heather, did you count heads?
Heather: Eleven, including me: five boys, six girls. Four parents, two drivers, and a partridge in a pear tree.
Not the most amazing example of a Bechdel test pass, but it should definitely count.

At around 50 minutes, Kate talks to a woman trying to get her to give up her plane seat. The woman asks about Kate's watch. Her husband names her when he says "Come on, Irene, they're boarding."
