Ursa is not named on the film
Even if she was, the only conversation she has with Lois is about Superman, I wouldn't consider the phrase Lois says to her when she hits her "talk to each other"

Ursa: What an undemanding male this Superman must be.
Lois Lane: Yeah, and you could use a tuck here and there yourself, sister.
In another scene, Lois talks to Ursa besides a man, but Ursa doesn't answer, so not sure it can be considered "to each other":
Lois: (to Ursa) You know? You're a pain in the neck! (and hits Ursa that falls into a big hole)
