Six of eight central characters are female, and they talk to each other about all sorts of things. I think it fails the reverse test.

Aside from the Twilight's pet dragon (Spike), the antagonist's two dopey henchmen (Snips & Snails), a cameo from Applejack's brother (Big Macintosh), and a newly introduced character (Flash Sentry), all main characters of the movie are female. There is a small romance sub-plot between Twilight and Flash, but otherwise the movie is focused on the main characters uniting to recover a stolen artifact.

It fails the first test which requires two "women" to be talking to teach other. Ponies are animals, not women.

Adam, you clearly haven't seen the movie. While the central protagonist and the antagonist start out as ponies, they are transported into a human world, where they themselves also become human. Even if you were to disqualify those two, the other main characters - human all along - certainly pass the test.
Your objection has no merit.

I've removed the 'disagree' flag from Adam's comment.

Also, does it matter if they're ponies or not? The protagonists are adult females. And if the reverse test is just two males talking to each other, than I think there were probably instances where Snips and Snails talked to each other, and possibly at least one instance where Spike argued with one of them (although I may be mistaken on the latter).
