Although a romantic comedy with a small cast, it's split 50:50 men and women. In fact if you include the (named) separated wife, women outnumber the men. The relationships portrayed include a solid female one.
Where it passes:
Helen and Anna discuss a change of image/haircut for Helen. They also have a couple of brief exchanges about Anna's drink preferences and a party they both previously attended.
Lydia and Helen have a whole scene about Helen's work, and the fact that some of Lydia's colleagues have recently fallen ill.
