Two of the three main characters are women, and they share a lot of screen time. Although their entire purpose revolves around men (they are Red Cross volunteers in World War II), they do talk about tasks and supplies. Though, again, these ultimately have to do with the men they are helping. There are a few other named women in smaller parts.
