There are four main, female characters: Cal, Jess, Avy and Margo. Men make up a great deal of the discussions. However, they do talk about other topics such as food, change/the future, their goals, makeup, Cal's mom and each other.
I'm pretty sure it fails the reverse test because the only conversation between two men has the female characters also participating. In addition, the topic of men kind of focuses on they are holding back or hurting the main characters.
