Passes because in one scene Lisa and Marge talk to each other. I'd be hesitant to call this an actual conversation though:
Marge (to Bart): "We have to keep a low profile till we get to Seattle to tell the world of the plot to destroy Springfield."
Lisa: "I don't know if you guys should be talking so loud."
Marge: "Oh Lisa, it's not like the government is listening to everybody's conversation."
Lisa (via NSA): "But we're fugitives! We should just lay low till we get to Seattle."

It absolutely passes as a conversation. Person A says something to Person B, Person B says something back to A based on their statement and person A responds based on person B's statement likewise. That's a conversation. A short one, but definitely a conversation.

I don't think that conversation counts as not talking about a man. They're discussing the volume of the conversation Marge was having with Bart. That means it's a conversation about Bart.
