Hayley also talks to Janelle about Jeff on the phone, but we hear only one side of the conversation.
All other conversation in the movie is between Hayley and Jeff.

While the conversation they have does include sections about a man, they do talk about babysitting, whether it rained, why Hayley was on the roof and buying girl scout cookies. Hayley is present at the house because of Jeff, but the conversation is not exclusively about him.
