The lead, Judy, get's in an argument with Eunice over her fiance, Howard.

No other females are named and this is their only interaction.

Mrs. Van Hoskins is named and talks to Judy about the reward money for finding her jewels; however, since she's talking to Howard at the same time, I'm not sure it counts. But there is another named character.

Also, she's not named, but one of the women staffing the convention talks to Eunice about name badges.

Eunice Burns disagreed with the rating and said:
Judy Maxwell and Eunice Burns have a phone conversation in which Judy (pretending to Mr Larabee's secretary) misdirects Eunice to 459 Darella Street.
If a phone conversation counts (both women are shown on screen) then it's 3/3
