Dubious because I've only seen it once and don't remember all the conversations. Most of them seem to be between Eep and Grug or Guy.

Gran and Eep have a brief conversation about men. One night, Gran tells Eep about how she fell in love with a farmer, and her hunter-gatherer family married her off.

First of all: Do "Gran" count as a named character since its basically just short for "grandma"? If it does, then there is a couple of short exchanges that could be said to pass the test (such as the her introduction where Ugga calls her out of the cave). If it doesn't, I don't think the movie even passes the second test. Ugga and Eep manages to not talk to each other for the entire story...

Eep and Ugga have a one-line-each conversation about shoes. Hardly winning, but technically a pass.

Gran counts as a named character if any of the characters in this movie does - after all, one of the male leads is called "Guy", it's pretty clear they're not playing by modern naming conventions here.

There are several brief conversations in this movie between the women that are not about men. It passes the test.

The test is passed actually in the beginning of the movie-
9:21
Mom: “The moon if full, bath night.”
Grandma: “Run for your life!”
Mom: “You too, mom.”
Granny: “I don’t want to lose my protective layer.”
Mom: “Mom, you’ve got ants. See, Sandy doesn’t fuss.”

The second line passing the test is about shoes like someone already said. The longest conversation between all three female characters (103:28)is about whether to go with Grug or Guy. So while Eep is a main character, she is displayed in a stereotypical feminine way (ex:liking of shoes, damsel in distress)and her relationship to the males (mainly Guy but also Grug) is more important to the overall story
