There are several conversations between the girls, many of whom are named in the musical number "Lil' Ole Bitty Pissant Country Place" (Ruby Ray, Beatrix, Eloise, Dawn, Tatty Joe, Lindy Lue), and Miss Mona (Dolly Parton), and Jewel (Theresa Merritt). There are also other named characters.
They talk/sing about Miss Mona's whorehouse, the Chicken Coop, and her rules for living there, and specifically mentions that they do not need pimps. They also sing about what they'll do when the Chicken Coop is closed down and how they will each individual persevere.
Though the title is brazen, the film takes a different perspective of women as sex workers, with their own agency, particularly as supervised by Miss Mona.
Regardless, even if one disagrees with the portrayal of women as sex workers, or views sex work as anti-feminist, it has no bearing on the Bechdel Test.

Love this movie! Only, the name of the whorehouse is The Chicken Ranch, not the Chicken Coop, but otherwise, great review!
