Helen Miller (June Allyson) has a few really brief exchanges - maybe a line or two - with her mother and mother-in-law (who are referred to as 'mother' so I'm not sure if they have full names of their own). In any case, these brief exchanges aren't actual fully developed conversations and they're about Glenn Miller in some way (that he's told his family about Helen, that he's on the phone, that he's about to make a movie...)
There's one other woman with a full name (Frances Langford, playing herself and singing to WW2 troops). But she and Helen never meet or speak.
So maybe 2 out of 3 tests would be reasonable here, even generous.
