There's one main female character, Hazel Flagg (Carole Lombard). For the most part, she's surrounded by men in the movie and talks only to them.
There are a few other women who have very minor parts and a handful of lines... but they aren't named in the course of the movie. Two of them say something to Hazel (in the presence of men) but Hazel doesn't reply, so it's not a conversation. And at the end of the movie there's a quick exchange between one of them and Hazel.

It turns out the movie might get a dubious pass. There's several seconds where the Carole Lombard character says something to a 'Nurse Rafferty' about some noise, and the nurse doesn't reply but picks up a phone and then says something about how a man has arranged for some visitors. That's it. So maybe 2 out of 3, or 3 out of 3 (as a dubious pass).
