There are a few named women in the movie, but when they do interact, their conversations are about men. In one case, there are administrators/secretaries talking briefly about the whereabouts of their male bosses. Towards the end, two women (played by Barbara Stanwyck and June Allyson) talk about the character played by William Holden and what a great man he is.
