Very ironic and interesting case! The film does have 2+ female characters yet none of them talk to eachother. There is one exchange between two females in the film about something besides a man: it takes place in a hypothetical scenario where the 2 lead (male) characters are selling an idea for an advertisement to a yogurt company. The advert, ironically enough, is two women running down along a beach in bikinis talking about mathematics. Its an interesting situation as strictly speaking it covers the three bases, but only theoretically, the advert is merely an hypothetical illustration and therefore I do not believe it counts. There are 2 females characters that hold any significance in the film and a number of others who are introduced only fleetingly.

Furthermore, the two women in the advert are not named (and are in fact only referred to as "bombs") and therefore it definitely would not qualify!

And it's just a formal-cynical way of playing with advertising's codes, it has no critical background behind.
