Set in Hungary in the 1960s this is a story of the relationship between two women, a writer and her maid. Helen Mirren plays the role of Emerenc, the maid, and Martina Gedeck plays the role of the writer, Magda. Since the movie is about their relationship there are many scenes where the two talk to each other about many different topics.
